Custom DeepLabCut model trained on behavioral data representing mice in a contextual fear conditioning task. Outputs raw traces, in addition to markers of motion energy that are useful for quantifying group differences in mice for fear conditioning paradigms. Developed with Andres Villegas.
This analysis is is a specific version of DeepLabCut for the purposes of a particular lab.
Args:
-Video: (.avi file) Should be a .avi video file. Notify administrator if you need to tailor the video filetype.
-Config: (yaml) a yaml file. We do not require special structure here.
Outputs:
-(mat file) Matlab output file that contains the output of tracking (locations) as well as measures of motion energy in the video.
